When it comes to embedding specimens that are sensitive to heat and pressure, castable mounting is the recommended approach.

EpoFlo Epoxy System from OnPoint Abrasives

EpoFlo is a low-viscosity epoxy system for casting metallographic samples. This two-part epoxy produces relatively hard mounts and a low-shrinkage rate.
