The system comprises two key components: a base plate and interchangeable polishing cloth/abrasive surface. The MagLink Base is an adhesive-backed magnetic plate that permanently bonds to your non-magnetic working wheel, instantly preparing it for a range of magnetic-backed abrasive surfaces.

When it comes to selecting abrasive surfaces, you have a several options. The most popular choice is to purchase magnetic cloths direct from our factory, offering ultimate convenience and effortless attachment and detachment.

Alternatively, you can utilize our MagLink Plate in conjunction with adhesive-backed polishing cloths and grinding papers. The MagLink Plate, a 0.023” thick stainless steel carrier plate, allows operators to bond the adhesive-backed consumables (cloth/grinding paper) onto it. This setup enables easy attachment and detachment of the plate, providing great flexibility. When the abrasive is used up, the operator peels off the used adhesive backed surface from the plate and replaces it with a fresh abrasive surface or polishing cloth. It is best to acquire (1) MagLink Plate for each step in your procedure. This allows you to use each abrasive surface to its full lifespan before replacing.

You are now setup to enjoy the convenience and efficiency of the MagLink System. To change abrasive surfaces, operators can simply lift off the current pad and replace it with a different one.
